It all begins with an idea. Philosophy, art, science; it all starts with an idea that has come to a person who turned the idea into a reality.

Welcome into my small part of the world. If you’ve made it this far you’ve seen a brief introduction to who I am and why I am beginning this venture I’ve decided to name Orange Blossom Holistic Wellness.

I’ve always been drawn to Women’s Health. I loved working in Labor & Delivery for those many wonderful years. My experience grew with also working in the NICU and Pediatric ER. I learned that Women’s Health encompassed so much more than where we put it as hospital staff. Women’s Health includes routine care, gynecology, adolescent care, mental health, and most of all the Mind, Body, and Soul connection through every aspect.

Thank you for joining me, for being along for the ride as I begin to provide Holistic Wellness Nurse Coaching to my online and in person communities.
